CMWA February Meeting

To avoid a conflict with Ash Wednesday, we will have our February membership meeting on Wednesday, Feb. 25th 7:00 pm at the Paramount.

Our presentation will be, "Setting up and tuning your bandsaw" by the guy who wrote the book! Rollie Johnson.

December CMWA Meeting

The Holiday gathering will be in place of our December meeting. Many members have volunteered to bring treats from pulled pork to cakes, salads, cookies etc. If you wish, members are welcome to bring any of their favorite goodies to share. All spouses are welcome!

We will also have a Silent Auction. We are featuring, for sale, the two Shaker tables that were built for the Art Crawl. These would be great Christmas gifts!

We also welcome any other items to add to the auction. These may be old tools that are no longer used laying around the shop, to handmade holiday decorations etc. All proceeds are to benefit the CMWA. Please bring these items before 6:45 so that we can prepare the auction bills before the party.

We will have a very short meeting starting at 7:00 and move on to socializing for the rest of the evening.

See you at the party! December 17th 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm at the Paramount.

October CMWA Meeting

Our presentation for our next meeting will address "Harmful Dust" a great follow-up to our dust collection presentation in September. Rich Blenkush will lead this discussion. Rich was the industrial arts instructor at Albany High School for several years.

July CMWA Meeting

July will be our annual CMWA picnic. The picnic will be held at Devin Middendorf's wood shop located at the Middendorf family farm, Wednesday, July 16th at 6:30 pm. See the newsletter for directions.
